then he requested for the Embodiment of Nūr, the Comforter of the Souls, the Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم to come in.
The Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم then entered the cave, rested his graceful head in the lap of his loyal and devoted friend, Sayyidunā Abū Bakr Ṣiddīq رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَنْهُ and began to sleep. There was a snake in the cave which bit the foot of Ṣiddīq Al-Akbar رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَنْهُ, but may we be sacrificed for that embodiment of love and devotion! – he remained completely motionless and silent despite the intense pain and agony only for the reason that he did not want to cause any disturbance in the rest of Muṣṭafā, the Essence of Mercy صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. However, due to the intense level of pain, tears began to flow unintentionally from his blessed eyes. When some tears of love fell onto the compassionate face of the Beloved and Blessed Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم awoke and asked, ‘O Abū Bakr رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَنْهُ, Why are you crying?’ Sayyidunā Ṣiddīq Al-Akbar رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَنْهُ told him about all the incident of the snake. The Beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم then rubbed his blessed saliva on the part of the foot that had been bitten and the wound healed up immediately.’ (Mishkāt-ul-Maṣābīḥ, Vol. 4, p. 417, Ḥadīš 6034)
Na kyūn kar kaĥūn ‘Yā یَاحَبِیۡبِیۡ اَغِثۡنِیۡ!’
Isī nām say ĥar muṣībat ṫalī ĥay
Why should I not say ‘O Beloved صَلَّی اللّٰہ تعالٰی علیہ واٰلہٖ وسلَّم, help me!’
Because of his name every problem is distanced
