·         I will get the blessings of nearness to Muslims by offering Ṣalāĥ with Jamā’at.

7. Intentions for making Du’ā

·         Obeying Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ and with the intention of acting upon the Sunnaĥ I will make Du’ā considering it as an act of worship.

·         I will recite Ḥamd and Ṣalāt in the beginning and Ṣalāt-‘Alan-Nabī at the end.

8. Intentions for Muażżin

·         I will call out Ażān for the pleasure of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ; I will first recite ‘بِسۡـمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحۡـمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِ’, then Ṣalāt-‘Alan-Nabī and then make this announcement, ‘Please stop your conversation and work, and reply to the Ażān and earn a huge reward’.

·         I will take care of the Sunan and manners of calling out Ażān. * I will recite the Du’ā after Ażān with Ṣalāt-‘Alan-Nabī before and after the Du’ā.

·         Before the Iqāmaĥ, I will recite Ṣalāt-‘Alan-Nabī and then make the announcement: Please make the intention of I’tikāf and switch your mobile phones off.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب        صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
