· I will recite ‘بِسۡـمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحۡـمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِ’ before making and receiving a phone call. * Saying ‘اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَرَحۡمَةُ اللّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهٗ’ to any Muslim, I will take the initiative in making Salām.
· If I am under no compulsion, I will receive the call immediately and alleviate the concern of a Muslim brother (because people usually get worried when their calls are not received).
· I will say ‘صَلُّوۡا عَلَي الۡحَبِيۡب!’ at least once. * I will not switch on the loudspeaker in front of other people without the permission from the person on the phone.
· I will not record anyone’s phone call without their consent. * I will protect myself and others from sinful talks (such as backbiting, tale-telling, etc.) * I will make Salām in the end as well.
