Maslan Istifta (Suwal) Aaya, Dar-ul-Ifta may kam karnay walon nay parha our esa ma’lom huwa kay nae qisim ka hadisa daryaft kiya gaya (ya’ni nae qisim ka mua’mila pesh aaya hay) our jab jawab juziyya ki shakal may na mil sakay ga Fuqaha-e-Kiram kay usool-e-A’mma say istinbat karna paray ga. (ya’ni fuqaha-e-kiram رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـهُ الـسَّلَام kay bataey huway usolon say mas’ala nikalna paray ga). A’la Hazrat ki khidmat may hazir huway, Arz kiya: A’jab naye naye qisim kay suwalat aa rahay hayn! Ab hum log kiya tariqa ikhtiyar Karayn? Farmaya: ye to bara purana sawal hay. Ibn-e-Humam nay ‘Fatah-ul-Qadeer’ kay fulan safhay may, Ibn Abideen nay ‘Rad-ul-Muhtar’ ki fulan jild our fulan safha per (likha hay). ‘Fatawa-e-Hindiya’ may ‘Khairiya’ may ye ye ibarat saf saf mujod hay ab jo kitabon ko khola to safha, satr our bataye gaye ibarat may aik nuqtay ka farq nahi. Is Khuda-dad Fazul-o-Kamal nay U’lama ko hamesha herat may rakha. (Hayat-e-A’la Hazrat jald 1 safha 210) Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ ki un per rahmat ho our un kay sadqay hamari bay-hisab maghfirat ho.
