the Owner of Jannaĥ صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم made women perform Bay’at; he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم would say to them, ‘Go! I have accepted your Bay’at.’ I swear by Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ! The sacred hand of the Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم never touched the hand of a woman whilst conducting Bay’at.’ (Sunan Ibn Mājaĥ, vol. 3, pp. 398, Ḥadīš 2875)
Sayyidatunā Umaymaĥ Bint-e-Ruqayqaĥ رَضِیَ الـلّٰـهُ تَـعَـالٰی عَـنْهَا says: I went to the Beloved and Blessed Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم with a few women to perform Bay’at. He صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, ‘اِنِّيۡ لَا اُصَافِحُ النِّسَاء’ I do not shake hands with women. (Sunan Ibn Mājaĥ, vol. 3, pp. 398, Ḥadīš 2874)
There is severe punishment for a spiritual guide to just shake hands with his female disciples let alone allowing them to kiss his hands. Faqīĥ Abul Layš Samarqandī رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه reports: A man who shakes the hand of a non-Maḥram woman in this world will come on Judgement Day with his hands tied to his neck with chains of fire.

Question: It is necessary to recite the Holy Quran properly, so can an Islamic sister exit her house for this purpose?
Answer: It is better for her to learn from a Maḥram male family member; otherwise, in case of necessity, she can exit her house to learn from an Islamic sister, but only if she fulfils the requirements of veil.
